Ikram Laimeche is a legal consultant and researcher with over six years of experience specializing in policy development, women’s rights, and humanitarian access across the MENA region. Currently serving as Senior Analyst for the North Africa Programme at the MEA Institute for Strategic Studies, where she leads high-level policy research and regional engagement.
Ikram holds a postgraduate degree in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, and a Masters degree in Human Rights from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies.
