Ilana Gasa is a digital wellness advocate and social worker committed to fostering behavioral change in media consumption. She is the founder of the Digital Defense Blueprint Initiative and creator of the “If the Internet Buried Me” mock eulogy toolkit, designed to help young people reflect on their digital habits. Ilana volunteers with the Zimbabwe Information Technology and Empowerment Center and is an Early Career Fellow with the Internet Society.
