With over 20 years experience in the development sector, including 10 years in media development, Jean Mujati combines practical experience with academic insight. Trained in Journalism at Harare Polytechnic, Zimbabwe and holding an MA in The Politics of Democracy: International Relations from Oxford Brookes University, UK, Jean has worked in Zimbabwe, across Southern Africa, and internationally (an internship with International Press Institute, Vienna Austria). Passionate about building strong institutions, Jean is committed to advancing Africa’s renaissance and driving sustainable change through media, governance, and inclusive development.
