Johan Romare is a educationalist and journalist with more than 35 years’ experience from the African continent. He currently serves as Deputy Head of Mission and Head of Development Cooperation at the Swedish Embassy in Addis Ababa. Prior to Ethiopia he has had postings in Uganda, Sri Lanka, Jordan, Liberia and Kenya working with media development, with the civil society and as a diplomat.
