Martha Iyambo is a Research Consultant at MK Legal Consultancy (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. She holds a BSc, BScH, and MSc from Rhodes University, South Africa. As the lead researcher, her current focus is on AI research and policy development with a strong emphasis on the African context. Her work addresses pressing issues such as bias, transparency, accountability, data protection and privacy, and intellectual property (IP) law in AI. Martha is passionate about contributing to research teams dedicated to advancing knowledge and innovation in their respective fields.
