Taiwo Deborah Adeleye is a skilled Project Management professional with over four years of cumulative experience across project planning, programming, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation. She brings a strong background in gender issues, child care and education, community engagement, data analysis, and database management.
Taiwo holds a B.Sc. in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Development Communication at Babcock University. She has worked extensively on donor-funded initiatives across diverse sectors, leading implementation and impact-driven solutions.
In her current role, she oversees the Projects Department at Women Radio 91.7 / Voice of Women Foundation, where she manages high-impact projects and community interventions. Taiwo is passionate about creating positive social change, especially for women and girls, through sustainable, grassroots-focused programs.
