Ms. Zanele Zwane has over 25 years of experience in social and behavior change communication (SBCC), with a strong focus on HIV, TB and GBV prevention and strategic program management. She is currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor for the Partnership for Prevention of GBV in Southern Africa Program (PfP) at GIZ South Africa, Lesotho and Eswatini where she leads flagship projects, manages grant making processes and strategic partnerships to enhance GBV prevention. Her work emphasizes stakeholder collaborations to conceptualize and implement sustainable interventions. Notably, Ms. Zwane has led collaborations with key media stakeholders to implement flagship projects aimed at achieving behavior change within the media and creative industries. These projects strive to create more gender-sensitive, un-stereotyped, equal, and positive change-driven content as well as foster a safe and equal production environment behind the scenes.
